Apple May Reveal Gemini Powered Siri in February

Right after the partnership with Google, Apple is continuously working to develop completely new Gemini AI based Siri. Recently a new report from Bloomberg says that Apple may reveal its new gemini powered Siri in February. As per Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman report, apple wants to make the announcements regarding their partnership with Google and will also demonstrate the new Gemini powered Siri’s capabilities.

He also added that the new Siri will come along with iOS 26.4 which will be in beta testing in February and is likely to be released in March or in the beginning of April for public. We already know that Apple wanted to launch the next-gen Siri as per the announcement made at WWDC 2024. But As per this Bloomberg’s report, Gemini based Siri will work more like a chatbot similarly to OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

Gurman also said that Apple will have a grand reveal of new Siri and right now it is codenamed as Campos. Latest Gemini powered Siri and Apple Intelligence features are expected to be launched with iOS 27, iPadOS 27 and macOS 27 and the beta versions of these will be made available in Summer.
